Zeta Club - Send an entry for the Year Book

The suggested format for an entry in the year book is two pieces of narrative - one giving an update on personal history and the second a précis of your career. Neither should be more than 150 words.

The required information is as follows:

· Your name as you want it to be published

· Your preferred email address *

· A précis of your career since graduation

· A personal history update

· A recent photo of yourself

· A family or group photo

* Your email address will not be published on the website to reduce the risk of spam, but a link will be created to allow club members to contact each other
