The suggested format for an entry in the year book is two pieces of narrative - one giving an update on personal history and the second a précis of your career.  Neither should be more than 150 words.

The required format is as follows:

• Your name as you want it to be published
  

• Your preferred email address *     

• A précis of your career since graduation
• A personal history update
• A recent photo of yourself
• A family or group photo

*   Your email address will not be published on the website to reduce the risk of spam, but a link will be created to allow club members to contact each other.
